Wedding Timeline Questionnaire


Please take the time to fill out this questionnaire as it's important for us to know what is happening so we can be there to capture everything as it unfolds.

A quick note for when you get to the part about family portraits...


This can be the most chaotic part of the day. Rounding everyone up can be problematic at times if there isn't an organized list. Please do tell the family members that will be in these photos to stick around after the ceremony so that they don't scatter t0o far. Have a runner in place just in case there is a need to find someone.

Here is a general guide you can copy/paste and add below in the family portraits section:



BRIDE’S SIDE

  • Bride and groom with bride’s immediate family (bride’s parents, siblings, and siblings’ spouses and children)(please also add names)
  • Bride and groom with bride’s maternal grandparents(names)
  • Bride and groom with bride’s paternal grandparents (names)
  • Bride and groom with bride’s parents (names)
  • Bride with both parents (names)
  • Bride with mom (name)
  • Bride with dad (name)


BOTH SIDES

  • Bride and groom with both sets of parents (first names)

 

GROOM’S SIDE

  • Groom and bride with groom’s immediate family (groom’s parents, siblings, and siblings’ spouses and children)(names)
  • Groom and bride with groom’s maternal grandparents (names)
  • Groom and bride with groom’s paternal grandparents (names)
  • Groom and bride with groom’s parents (names)
  • Groom with both parents (names)
