Wedding Timeline Questionnaire

Thank you so much for having us photograph what will truly be a remarkable day - your wedding!! This guide will serve as a tool to both inform you of how we'll photograph the wedding events as well as assist us both in being organized. When you are done, please make a copy for yourself as well.

Part 1 - Getting Ready

We will start photographing your doing with your transition into wedding attire. This is also a time we work to photograph many of the details before they are worn or used, such as your flowers, bridal dress, shoes, and similar. We can be flexible as to where we start depending on the narrative you want photographed. However, it's very important to be able to have getting ready rooms for the bride and groom that have natural window light.

Part 2 - Ceremony

For your Ceremony, our focus is on you, the couple, and your connection to each other. Within the limits of the ceremony venue, we move around to document people and locations before, during and after the marriage rite.

Part 3 - Group Portraits

Group portraits include pictures of you together with friends and family. Whenever possible, we suggest doing these outdoors. We strive to be thorough and efficient. This can be the most time consuming part so we aim to do these quickly. Please tell the friends and family members that will be in these photos to stick around after the ceremony so that they don't scatter t0o far. Have a runner in place just in case there is a need to find someone. We will be calling out names of all the people on the list you'll be providing below.

Here is a general guide you can copy/paste and add below in the family portraits section:
